Moscovei development programme

October 14, 2015 held a meeting of the Youth Council of the village of Moscovei, during which it discussed a draft Rural Development Programme developed by young people. The members of the Council drew attention to the omission in its design, ultimately decided to finalize within 2 weeks, namely to take into account the formation of opportunities to strengthen the prestige of their stay in the village, ensuring social standards of the resident population, the development of public-private partnership and support of small farming.
