Meeting of participants of the project with the head of the Carmanova Lyudmila Keptene

October 30, 2015 the Mayor of the commune Carmanova hosted a meeting of the project participants "Through youth leadership-to regional changes on both banks of the Nistru River» funded by the United States Embassy in Moldova in the course of which the village head Lyudmila S. Keptene who told participants that on January 2015 year total number of inhabitants of the village of Carmanova was 2146 people . That Carmanovo is a village and the administrative centre of the homonymous commune consisting of the administrative-territorial units from the left side of Nistru River. the commune includes the localities of Carmanova Kotovka, Kirovohrad Oblast, and Močarovka.

Ludmila S. Keptene told about the history of the village, the local traditions, customs, events, village development plans and local authorities in general, noting that in commune of no Kaki x- or public x the Organization aimed at solving social problems and motivating activating young people. Within the framework of this meeting, Lyudmila S. spoke about the current situation of villagers Carmanova. The head of the village administration, expressed the view that "the Youth of the village is its hope."

    This meeting is one of the key points in the activities of the Youth Council, because its members to be dense collaboration with rural administration, both in the proetka and after its completion. Members of the Youth Council will undergo an internship in rural administration.
