About the project

Project Goal:

To increase the level of involvement of 24 young people from two villages on both banks of the Dniester River between the ages of 14 and 25 years in the decision-making process at the local level for 9 months.

 Specific objectives of the project: 

1. trained to identify local problems 24 young people from the two villages on both banks of the Dniester.

2. Increase the interest of young people in rural development.

3. To attract the attention of local authorities to the problems of young people from rural areas said.

Project Activities  

1.1 Preparation of advertising and handouts 1 month

The purpose of this activity is the development and preparation of materials for further project activities. The event is held the project coordinator.

1.2 Identification of the initiative group from among the young people of both villages 1 and 2 month project.

The purpose of this event is operdelnie group most active young people, which will continue to be trained and that will create a youth organization. It is planned to select 12 young people from each village. The selection will be conducting the project coordinator and a local assistant.

1.4 Creation of passports of both villages. 2 and 3 months of the project.

This event is an event involves the creation of a passport of the village, where it will be shown basic statistics about the village and its inhabitants. Young people will be trained on how to identify problems in his native village on the basis of the data obtained in the course of the passport of the village. 1.6 Identification of local problems in social and economic development of the village. Reveal the priority of them. 7 month project.

After passing the training on the identification of problems of the village, Malden people belonging to the youth council will proceed directly to the identification of problems of their village. It is planned to find about 20 problems in each village, and choose the 5 most urgent.

1.7 Strategy development of local youth programs. 8-9 month project.

Based on the problems identified in the development of the village, members of the youth council will create a plan for socio - economic development of the village. In etop plan will be given directions to eradicate or reduce the problems in the life of the village and the proposed action plans. The event will hold a visiting expert in sostvavleniya development plans.

1.8 Training of members of the youth council in the local executive and representative bodies.

7-8 month project. The project is planned training of board members in local executive and legislative branches, where they will learn the basics of the administration will be able to participate in important decision-making considering the interests of all categories of the population of villages.

The performers will be the project coordinator and assistant.

2.1 Preparing and conducting trainings to increase civic participation of youth villages. The duration - 1 day (4 hours). 3 month project.

In this project, people will learn the basics of Molo public life of the village and the creation of mechanisms for civil society development. The event is held visiting coach.

2.2 Informing young people predstaviley both villages (250 people) of international and local youth programs implemented in Moldova.  The duration - 1 hours. 4 month project. Danoe event will tell the local youth that there are a number of programs that help young people to fulfill your potential, open a business, find a good job, create a decent infrastructure in their village.

Informing about the programs will motivate young people to participate in such programs and will use them in planning their activities and to improve the social and economic life of the village.

2.3 Conducting 2 Flash-mob campaign in the village of Muscovy and the village Karmanovo 4 month project.

The purpose of this event is to bring together young people within both villages, advancement opportunities for youth programs. The event is held the project coordinator and a visiting moderator.

2.4 Conducting a one-day fundraising campaign for 10 older single people from every village. 4 month project. The event involves a fundraising campaign with local businesses and other zhitelets village to provide financial assistance to 10 elderly people living alone in both villages. The purpose of this event is to build a team of young people, increasing confidence in its strength. 3.1 Creating a youth council in every village. 5 month project.

Of the 24 young activists in each village will be created by one Youth Council. The purpose of the event is to create THIS ongoing initiative of the youth organization, which is interested in the development of the village. It is expected that the organization will operate during the project, and will continue its activities after the project.

3.2 Registration of youth NGOs in both villages. 9 month project.

On the basis of youth councils plan to create officially registered obschstvennuyu oragnizatsiyu for opportunities to participate in programs aimed at improving the social and economic situation of the village. The event prvodit koorinator project.

3.3 Preparation and implementation of the visit for the exchange of experience between youth councils of both villages. 6 month project.

The purpose of this event is to share knowledge about the process of decision-making in each of the villages on both banks of the Dniester. Holds an event coordinator of the project.

3.4 Preparation and training on writing projects.The duration -1 day (4 hours). 9 month project. As a result provednnogo training members of the public, organizations can gain the knowledge and skills for writing projects, preparation of the application and the search of donors.
