«Через лидерство молодежи – к региональным изменениям на обоих берегах Днестра»: достижения и перспективы"

26 февраля 2016 года Общественная Организация " АРТЕНА " совместно с Некомерческим Партнерским  Центром социально-экономического развития "Грани будущего" провели в селе Московей, Кагульский район,  круглый стол, под названием «Через лидерство молодежи – к региональным изменениям на обоих берегах Днестра»: достижения и перспективы"  модератором была Надежда Черепенко.

В мероприятии приняли участие представители Местных Органов Власти, различных структур села, гражданское общество и молодые бенефициары проекта «Через лидерство молодежи – к региональным изменениям на обоих берегах Днестра».

Наталья Красильников, президент ОО " АРТЕНА " и руководитель проекта представила краткую презентацию Ассоциации " АРТЕНА " и проекта «Через лидерство молодежи – к региональным изменениям на обоих берегах Днестра», который был реализован в период май 2015 - февраль 2016 года. Цель проекта - повысить уровень участия 24 молодых людей из двух сел по обоим берегам реки Днестр в возрасте от 14 до 25 лет в процесс принятия решений на местном уровне в течение  9 месяцев.

В рамках проекта, в котором приняли участие 24 молодых людей из села Москвы (Кагул) и Карманово (Приднестровье) - молодежь укрепила свой потенциал в гражданской активности и использовали знания и навыки, полученные в конкретных мероприятиях, отраженных на фото-стенде в зале заседания. Молодые люди провели по одному Флэшмоб в каждом селе, посвященный восстановлению и оснащению Двореца Культуры (в Московей) и восстановление освещения (в Карманово). После чего, провели благотворительную акцию сбора денежных средств и продуктов для одиноких пожилых людей села. После обучении как писать социальные проекты, молодежь села Карманово и Московей  разработали 13 социальных проектов, 4 из них были реализованы, другие в поиске финансирования. Молодежь, бенефициарии проекта, принимали активное участие в общественной жизни села, создав в рамках проекта инициативные группы и НПО - удалось мобилизовать молодых людей и общество во многих крупных мероприятий. Сотрудничество с Местными Органами Власти и активное участие в заседаниях сельских советов - побудили молодых людей быть более активными, информированными,  брать на себя ответственность и продвигать интересы молодежи села, аргументировать свою точку зрения. В дальнейшем, участие в процессе принятия решений будет поощрять молодых людей поддерживать диалог со своими избранными чиновниками и делать добиваться чтобы их голос был услышан.

Молодые бенефициарии проекта сообщили, что узнал много нового, изучили методы для мобилизации молодежи в решении местных проблем, получили навыки для заполнении форм по получению грантов для социальных проектов, реализация которых поможет решить значительную часть существующие проблемы в сообществе.

Участники круглого стола были приглашены на открытое обсуждение о важности вовлечения молодежи в решение местных проблем:

Валентина Стойков, директор детского сада села Московей сказала, что была приятно удивлена тем фактом, что местная молодежь во главе с Надеждой Черепенко решили внести свой вклад в улучшение образования в детском саду. Покупка 2-х магнитных досок,  в рамках проекта, разработанного нашими молодыми людьми - очень приветствуются. Сегодня молодые люди представили еще один проект, предложив создание спортивных секций и обеспечение их необходимым инвентарем. В детском саду накопилось много проблем, необходимо установить автономную систему отопления, подключенных к водопроводу и канализации - мы надеемся, что эти проблемы будут решены совместными усилиями.

Тамара Кассир директор гимназия "В.Короленко" и Наталья Матчин директор гимназия "Мирча чел Бэтрын" перечислили много хороших вещей которые были возможны благодаря финансированию из европейских проектов и приветствуя участие молодежи в процессе написания и реализации социальных проектов, и открыта и в будущим поддерживать молодежь.

Нина Лукаревская, заместитель директора гимназии " В.Короленко " села Московей, привлекли внимание присутствующих, что последнее время молодежь не вовлекаются в социальные процессы. Существует опасность того, что молодые люди попадают под плохое влияние и эта ситуация требует немедленного вмешательства и поддержки. Рада что молодые люди не раз поднимали вопрос о реставрации Дворца культуры – что провели Флэшмоб и в настоящее время собирают подписи от местных жителей на восстановление и оснащение Дворца культуры, которым мы раньше гордились. Решение этой проблемы помогло бы организовать и свободное время молодежи.

Андриана Иванишин координатор проекта, предложила  "содействовать" участия молодежи в различных культурных мероприятиях, организуя мероприятия (дискотеки, концерты, аттракционы тема).

Николай Бучковарь, мэр села Московей отметил, что за счет активных местных молодежных мероприятий, осуществляемых в рамках проекта дали целые совместные творческие импульсы движения. Он также обратил внимание на положительный эффект образовательных учреждений совместно с организациями из различных секторов, которые предоставляют возможность наслаждаться активными молодыми людьми в обществе. Активное участие молодежи села на Заседании Совета, возродили традицию которая существовала лет десять тому назад, когда молодые люди участвовали в обсуждении и вносили свои предложения - это будет способствовать решению проблем молодежи - молодой голос будет услышан. Эта инициатива способствует активизации ценностей  гражданской ответственности, поощряя участия молодежи в общественной дискуссии, активное участие в генерации идей и занять активную позицию по предложенной теме.

Александр Попов, руководитель отдела молодежи и спорта Кахульского Районного Совета отметил, что активные молодые люди являются будущим страны и общества, процветание зависит от их участия и выражения.

Николай Капрару, представитель села Котихана в городском совете Кахула отметил, что необходимо развивать волонтерство среди молодежи, чтобы получить необходимые жизненные навыки.

Участники круглого стола отметили, что этот проект пробудил дух гражданской активности молодых людей, вовлек их в процесс принятия решений , в различные мероприятия по мобилизации населения и поняли, что молодые люди являются те, которые формируют общество, настоящее и будущее.

И, наконец, участники круглого стола выразили благодарность за приглашение и свое желание, чтоб молодые люди проявили и развивали гражданскую активность, участвуя в других совместных проектах.

Этот проект внедряется Общественной Организацией АРТЕНА совместно с НП Центром социально-экономического развития "Грани будущего" при финансовой поддержке Посольства США в Республике Молдова.

"Through youth leadership-to regional changes on both banks of the Nistru River» : achievements and prospects "

February 26, 2016, public organization "Nekomerčeskim" together with ARTENA, Partner Center for socio-economic development "the brink of the future" held in the village of Moscovei, Cahul district, a round table, titled "through youth leadership-to regional changes on both banks of the Nistru River»: achievements and perspectives" moderated by Nadezhda Čerepenko.

The event was attended by representatives of local authorities, of the various structures of the village, civil society and the young beneficiaries of the project "youth leadership-to regional changes on both banks of the Dniester.

Natalia Crasilnikov, President of NGO "ARTENA" and project manager presented a brief presentation of the Association "ARTENA and project " through youth leadership-to regional changes on both banks of the Dniester ", which was implemented in May 2015-February 2016 onwards. The aim of the project:′ level of participation of 24 young people from two villages on both banks of the Nistru River, ranging in age from 14 to 25 years in the decision-making process at the local level for 9 months.

Within the framework of the project, with the participation of 24 young people from the village of Moscovei (Cahul) and Carmanova (Transnistria)-youth strengthened their capacity in civil activity and have used knowledge and skills acquired in the specific activities outlined in the presentation. The young people held one Flashmob in each village, dedicated to the restoration and equipping of the House of Culture (Moscovei) and reconstruction of the street lighting (Carmanovo). After that, they held a charity collecting money and products for the elderly of the village. After learning how to write social projects, youth in the villages Carmanova Moscovei and developed social projects 4 out of 13 have been implemented, others are in search of financing. Youth, beneficiaries of the project, actively participated in the social life of the village, creating within the project initiative groups and NGOs to mobilize young people and society in many major events. Cooperation with local authorities and the active participation in the meetings of the rural councils led by young people have encouraged residents to be more active, informed, assume responsibility and promote the interests of youth in the villages. Further, participation in the decision-making process will encourage young people to engage in dialogue with their elected officials and to seek to make their voices heard.

Young beneficiaries of the project reported that they learned a lot, have studied the methods to mobilize young people to solve local problems, and got the skills for filling out forms to obtain grants for social projects, the implementation of which will help to solve a large part of the problems in the community.

Roundtable participants were invited to an open discussion about the importance of youth involvement in local issues:

Valentine Stoykov, Director of the kindergarten in the village of Moscovei, said she was pleasantly surprised by the fact that local youths headed Hope Čerepenko and have decided to contribute to improving education in kindergarten. Purchase of 2-x magnetic boards, within the framework of a project developed by our young people-is very welcome. Today young people presented another draft, suggesting the establishment of sports sections and providing them with the necessary equipment. The kindergarten has accumulated a lot of problems, it is necessary to establish an autonomous heating system connected to the water mains and sewage systems-we hope that these problems will be solved by joint efforts.

Tamara, Cashier Director of the Gymnasium "korolenko" and Natalia Matčin, the Director of the gymnasium "Mircea cel batrin." listed a lot of good things that have been made possible thanks to funding from the European projects and welcome the participation of youth in the process of writing and implementing social projects, and open and support young people in the future.

Nina Lukarevskaâ, Deputy headmaster "korolenko" in the village of Moscovei, attracted attention recently that young people do not engage in social processes. There is a danger that young people fall under the bad influence and this situation requires immediate intervention and support. Glad that young people have repeatedly raised the issue of the restoration of the House of Culture-that held a Flashmob and is currently collecting signatures from local residents to restore and equip the House of Culture, which we used to be proud of. The solution to this problem would help organize youth and free time.

Andrian Ivanishin project coordinator, proposed to "promote" youth participation in various cultural activities, organizing events (discos, concerts, entertainment theme).

Mykola Bučkovar′, Mayor of the village of Moscovei, noted that active local youth activities undertaken in the framework of the project gave the entire joint creative impulses of the movement. He also drew attention to the positive effects of educational institutions, together with organizations from various sectors that provide the opportunity to enjoy active young people in society. The active participation of young people of the village, at the meeting of the Council, have revived the tradition that existed ten years ago, when young people took part in the discussion and made their proposals-this will help address the problems of young people-young voice will be heard. This initiative enhances the values of civic responsibility, encouraging youth participation in public debate, active participation in generating ideas and taking an active stance on the proposed topic.

Alexander Popov, the head of the Department of youth and sports of Cahul District Council noted that active young people are the future of the country and society, prosperity depends on their participation and expression.

Nikolay Kapraru, representative of the village Kotihana in Cahul City Council noted that there was a need to promote volunteering among young people to acquire the necessary life skills.

Roundtable participants noted that this project has awakened the spirit of civic engagement of young people involved in decision-making in various activities for the mobilization of the population and understood that young people are the ones that form the society, present and future.

And, finally, the Roundtable participants expressed gratitude for the invitation and their desire to see young people demonstrate and develop civil activity, participating in other joint projects.

In Carmanova flash mob to support restoration of the lighting Youth Village Avenue

December 5, 2015 in village Carmanova we organized a flash mob to support restoration lighting Avenue youth village.

The aim of this event was to draw attention to the lack of lighting in the most attractive place of the village, on the Avenue of youth. Members of the Youth Committee, in conjunction with students ' SNR Karmanovskaâ "MOE held a drawing contest for children on the pavement, as well as dance. Raising hands up guys showed the lack of Sun in winter, which could compensate for the working lights.

The event was attended by 120 residents of the village, who noted that Flash mob was a success, and in the future would like to repeat this action in the spring of 2016 year planting flowers in the flowerbeds.

In the dance of the rally was attended by about 50 schoolchildren together with members of the public Committee. The sound of a clockwork tunes could not respond to adult residents of the village who applauded, and sometimes participated themselves in the dance.

In addition, the event was held and a drawing competition held on the asphalt in front of the House of Culture for the children of the village. Parents and grandparents watched with pleasure as their children carefully painted.

В Карманово прошел флешмоб в поддержку реставрации освещения Проспекта молодежи поселка

5 декабря 2015 года в селе Карманово прошел флешмоб в поддержку реставрации освещения Проспекта молодежи поселка.

Целью данного мероприятия было привлечение внимания к отсутствию освещения в самом привлекательном месте поселка, на Проспекте молодежи.  Члены молодежного общественного комитета совместно с учениками МОУ "Кармановская ОСШ" провели конкурс рисунков на асфальте для детей, а также провели танцевальную акцию. Поднимая руки вверх ребята  показывали на недостаток солнца в зимний период, который могли бы восполнить  рабочие фонари.

На данном мероприятии присутствовали 120 жителей поселка, которые отметили , что флешмоб удался, и в дальнейшем хотели бы повторить данную акцию весной 2016 года посадкой цветов на клумбах Проспекта.

В танцевальной акции приняли участие около 50 школьников, совместно c членами общественного комитета. На звук заводной мелодии не могли не отреагировать и взрослые жители села, которые аплодировали, а порой и сами принимали участие в танце.

Кроме того, в рамках мероприятия прошел и конкурс рисунков на асфальте, проведенный для детей перед Домом культуры села. Родители, бабушки и дедушки с удовольствие наблюдали за тем как их дети старательно рисовали.

О прошедшем мероприятии отозвалась житель поселка Карманово  Ровная Людмила : "Такое событие проходит в нашем селе впервые, молодежь показала свою активность, которую мы не ожидали увидеть. Спасибо за проведенное мероприятие. Довольны не только дети , но и взрослые. Надеемся, что освещение будет восстановлено и Проспект молодежи вновь станет гордостью нашего поселка".

Fundraising continues. Please the lonely and forgotten are not difficult to care for. They don't need expensive equipment, fashionable and expensive things. Most seniors are happy with pleasant and spiritual communication.

Жители Московей участвовали в Благотворительной акции «КАРТОШКА +», проведенную молодежью села.

В день Святы́х Арха́нгелов Михаи́ла и Гаврии́ла, когда московейцы празднуют храм села, молодежь села не забыла тех, кто особенно нуждается в любви и заботе –  одиноких стариков, инвалидов и ветеранов села.

21 ноября 2015 года молодые люди провели благотворительную акцию «Картошка+», благодаря которой собрали средства и продукты. В акциях приняли участие около 10-ти добровольцев, а также около ста московейцев и гостей села.

По окончании акции продукты и денежные средства были переданы по назначению.

Визит неожиданных гостей вызвал слезы на глазах одной бабушки. Волонтеры дали понять пожилым людям, что они не одинокие, не брошенные, не забыты.

Сбор пожертвований продолжается. Порадовать одиноких и забытых совсем не сложно. Им не нужна дорогая техника, какие-то модные и дорогостоящие вещи. Больше всего пожилые люди рады приятному и душевному общению.

ДАВАЙТЕ  СДЕЛАЕМ  МИР  ЧУТЬ   ДОБРЕЕ  И ТЕПЛЕЕ!

Youth Moscovei held a flash mob dedicated to the restoration of the rural House of Culture, under the slogan: "bring back the Moscovei House of Culture!"

November 21, 2015, youth in the village Moscovei of the Cahul district held a flash mob under the slogan: "Return Moscovei House of Culture!", to draw the attention of the public, officials of the authorities to the need for reconstruction and equipment of the House of culture of the village.

20 young people performed a remarkable dance. The event participants carefully prepared-all week rehearsing dance elements under the leadership of Renco's Felicia.

The flash mob drew more than twenty participants and many more viewers.

The final piece of the FlashMob was displaying the slogan " Restore The House Of Culture! button, after which the music subsided and the audience gave applause.

·        эпатировать окружающих;

·        получить колоссальный заряд позитива.

В ходе мероприятия – желающие выскажут свое мнение по поднятой проблеме и в завершении - организаторы флешмоба соберут подписи за реконструкцию и оборудование Дома Культуры Московея для официального обращения по инстанциям.

 Разработала  проект по оснащению детского сада села Московей. В ходе реализации проекта мы планируем нижеследующие мероприятия:

·      купить в детский сад магнитную доску, так как доска которая есть сейчас в очень плохом состояние. Эта доска еще с тех времен когда Надежда ходила в детский сад и уже тогда она былы не в лучшем состояние. Конечным результатом будет улучшение условий детского сада;

·       проводить интерактивные, тематические развлекательные программы в детском садике, используя приобретенную магнитную доску.

Феличия Ренца

Разработала  проект по обеспечению гимназистов  села национальными костюмами. Для этого запланировала приобретение 2-х национальных костюмов-образцов (женский и мужской), пошивом необходимых костюмов и вышиванием их во время молодежной посиделке, используя опыт сельских мастериц.

    Свой проект я хочу внедрять в своем родном городе – Кахул. В нашем городе имеем 2 школы, 5 лицеев, университет, 2 училища, где осваивают профессии, медицинский и педагогический колледжи. Также в городе имеем центр для детей улицы «Сперанца» и социальный комплекс «Вместе» для детей у которых не все ладно в семье. Еще в городе имеем творческий центр «Миорица». Я занимаюсь там в художественном кружке.

Care sunt acțiunile pe care le veți întreprinde pentru realizarea proiectului? (300 cuvinte.)

В рамках проекта планируем такие мероприятия:

1. Отобрать группы детей, желающих научиться работать с декоративной глиной;

2. Организовать обучение для ознакомления группы со свойствами глины, и как с ней работать для изготовления игрушек.

3. Создать собственные глиняные изделия.

4. Оформление выставки-продажи, чтоб собрать средства для приобретения материалов для новых изделий (на выставке будут выставлены и фотографии, на стенды которые мы с папой сделали в моем первом проекте, о ходе проекта и с мастер-классов. Так мы заинтересуем и других детей участвовать в нашем проекте и после окончания).

Мероприятия проекта позволят:

1. воспитать эстетические чувства, замечать красоту природы и окружающих предметов;

2. расширить представления детей о природном окружении, об объекте неживой природы (глине);

3. формировать у детей технические навыки и умения при работе с глиной,

4. создать условия для развития детского творчества;

5. создать детям разнообразные изделия из глины;

6. привлечь внимание родителей к данной теме, к участию в проекте.

My project I want to introduce in my hometown-Cahul. In our town we have 2 schools, 5 secondary schools, 2 University schools, where professions, medical and pedagogical colleges. Also in town are the Centre for street children "speranţa" and social complex «Together» for children which not all okay in the family. Back in town, we have the creative Center "Miorita". I am there in the artistic circle.

Project activities will include:

1.raise the aesthetic sense, noticing the beauty of nature and surrounding objects;

2.expand the presentation of children about the natural surroundings, the object of inanimate nature (clay);

3. foster children technical skills when working with clay,

4. create conditions for the development of children's creativity;

5. making children a variety of pottery;

6. draw the attention of parents to the topic, to participate in the project.

Who will benefit, directly or indirectly, from this project?

 Beneficiaries of the project will include:

       A set of tools for cutting clay (1 x 65 = 65 Lei);

       4 meter polypropylene pipes, rolling pin (4 x 21 = 84 Lei);

       A set of acrylic paints (1 Leu = 68 x 68 Lei);

       2 cans of Hairspray (2 x 64 = 128 Lei);

       Print 30 pictures from master classes (30 x 5 = 150 Lei);

       1 jar of glue PVA (1 x 35lej = 35 Lei);
